Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Robyn Health ("Robyn", "we", "us"), a solo-developer project. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. The medical disclaimer is in the health & data policy; data handling is in the privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Robyn. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

  • One account per person. Don't share access.
  • Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone with access to your inbox can request a sign-in link.
  • You're responsible for everything done through your account.

Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive emails from Robyn that are part of running the service: sign-in links, onboarding steps, reminders and follow-ups for features you've started, notifications when a case is ready, and important account, security, or policy updates.

Service emails (other than sign-in and security or policy notices) include a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the operational emails; you'll still receive sign-in links and important account messages as long as your account is active.

Marketing or promotional email — newsletters, feature announcements unrelated to your case, anything not needed to run the product for you — is opt-in and managed separately.

Full detail on how we use your email is in the health & data policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Robyn to make medical decisions for other people without their informed permission.
  • Submit information about other identifiable people without their consent.
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or model outputs in bulk.
  • Bypass rate limits, authentication, or other technical controls.
  • Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Impersonate Robyn, its operator, or any other person or organization.
  • Use Robyn to harass, threaten, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

What you own, what we own

Your input is yours. The complaints, answers, notes, and chat messages you type into Robyn remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so we can run the service for you (generate cases, send results, debug issues).

The platform is ours. The Robyn software, design, brand, and the structure of the AI agents are owned by the operator. You may not copy or republish them.

AI outputis generated for your case. You can use it for your own purposes; we don't claim ownership of the generated text. Don't republish other users' outputs (you won't see them, but worth saying).

Medical disclaimer

Robyn is an educational research tool, not medical advice. Read the full disclaimer in the health & data policy. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health.

No warranty

Robyn is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that the service will be available, error-free, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. AI output can be wrong; verify anything that matters.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Robyn — including any decision you make based on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months (currently zero — Robyn is free during early access).

Termination

You can stop using Robyn at any time and request account deletion via support@robynhealth.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or to comply with the law.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page as Robyn evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over the operator's primary place of business.
